I sell homes across Los Angeles — and unlike most agents, I can design the remodel and manage the build. That's usually worth more at the closing table than anything else I bring.
Two identical houses on the same street can sell six figures apart. The difference is almost never the agent's marketing. It's what happened in the ninety days before the photos were taken.
I'm a licensed agent who also designs remodels and manages the construction. So when I walk your home, I'm not guessing about what to fix — I know what it costs, who does it, how long it takes, and what it returns. Then I manage the work and take the house to market.
For buyers, the same skill runs in reverse: I can tell you what that dated listing would actually cost to make beautiful, before you write the offer.
How I workI grew up moving through these neighbourhoods — Encino, Venice, West Hollywood, Silver Lake, and now Beverly Hills. I've closed deals from the Valley out to Malibu, where I've sold three homes — one of them entirely off-market. Knowing a market means knowing which block holds value and which one only looks like it does.
Most agents hand you a contractor's number and hope it comes together. I design the remodel and run the build myself — one plan, one budget, one person accountable for what the house looks like the day it hits the market.
I literally called her sometimes at midnight — she was always responsive.
I'll walk the property, tell you what I'd change before we list, what it would cost, and what it should sell for on both sides of that work. No obligation, no pressure.
